From time to time, organizations need support and guidance to move through transitions, start new programs or lines of business, find new talent, coordinate with other sectors, or bring new partners together - that’s where Rossetti Consulting Group comes in.

Here are some of the ways I might help:

  • New service development or project management

    • Sometimes your organization is running at capacity and you and your staff can’t take on one more thing. Perhaps it’s an area of expertise you don’t have internally. Bring in an experienced project manager to kick off that new initiative.

  • Request for proposal development

    • Clarify your intent and ensure that your service partners understand your mission by crafting materials that ask the right questions. A knowledgeable, objective voice can help funders make the best decisions.

  • Interim leadership

    • There are some transitions that just require an organization to step back and take a look at all the possibilities. You need time to do that and interim leadership can be the answer.

  • Executive searches

    • It’s all about the right fit for not only your organization, but the community and the new leader. You want more than a list of qualified candidates, you need someone who knows the community, understands your organization and can direct every step of the process from recruitment to on-boarding, if needed.

  • Community initiatives and coalition building

    • There’s an art and a skill to bringing diverse groups together around a common goal. The first step is getting the right people around the table.

  • Facilitation and planning sessions

    • Does your organization have a Big Question it needs to answer and take decisive action? Having an unbiased professional guide your team will move your process exponentially.

  • Systems analysis

    • You’ve got the right people on the bus, but are they focused on the right things? Looking at process flow and matching skill to activity is equally important.

  • Board or staff capacity building

    • Whether it’s governance or succession planning, there are great resources out there. Don’t re-invent the wheel, take advantage of all that’s available for nonprofit leaders and create a learning community within your organization.

  • Consolidation/collaboration and partner identification

    • If you’ve been grappling with the same issues for a number of years, it may be time to take a look at how it can work better for your service recipients and for your organization, strategically and discreetly.

As a starting point, I offer a complimentary consultation to understand an organization’s needs, priorities and the potential scope of work.
